I don't know if there is text written by you attached to this lovely picture; if so I am a dumbo. :) At any rate, I have been debating whether or not to quit seeing my wonderful, but expensive therapist in order to start yoga again. I think you just sealed the deal for me.

DeleteI would start the yoga and then stop the therapist. If he's wonderful, then he's worth every damn dime. Good therapist are very hard to find.
